Choose from our selection of colours: Black, Anthracite Grey, and White. The exterior features Western Red Cedar Cladding on the facades and Rhino Cladding on the rear and hidden elevations. An option to include decking is available.

Fully Insulated Spaces

Our garden rooms come fully insulated using 100mm PIR Insulation on the floor, walls, and ceiling. Additional options such as electrical heaters and air conditioning units are available.

Flooring Options, Internal and External Lighting

Choose from three different shades of flooring. The room includes up to 8-10 interior spotlights and 8 exterior lights. It also features up to 3 double sockets with USB ports. Tailor your room with additional extras available upon request.

Bi-Fold Doors and Window Choices

Choose from configurations of multiple leaf Bi-Fold Doors, full height Pencil windows or Letterbox windows. Optional extras include skylights for natural lighting. Exterior cladding options range from Western Red Cedar to a selection of 150 other types, including Reclaimed, Millboard Composite cladding, Shou Sugi Ban and more.

Fully Insulated

These larger rooms also come fully insulated with 100mm PIR Insulation. The price includes a wall electrical heater, with the option to upgrade to a high-efficiency air conditioning unit starting from £1800. Additional extras include WC, water supply, and Wi-Fi.

Choose from a broad range of flooring options, including engineered flooring, laminate, and vinyl. Paint your internal walls and ceilings in your chosen colour and select from a range of internal and external lighting fixtures. The room also includes sockets with USB ports.
